Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Access:
Please ensure that our team can access your vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the vehicle, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, we are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during the detailing process.

Additional fees may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair removal, and difficult-to-remove stains.
Weather:
Our services are weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather.
Service Location:
We will come to your preferred location for detailing services. However, we require adequate space for our team to work and access water and electricity.
